The New York Halloween Day Parade NYC
On Halloween Day you don't want to miss the annual New York Halloween Parade NYC, every year it takes place Halloween Night. In it's 43rd year, the parade runs straight up 6th avenue from Spring Street to 16th Street. Parade Starts at 7 p.m. and ends around 11 p.m. You can also watch it live on T.V. on channel 11.
Dressing up in Costumes is the NYC Halloween Experience.
